3. Payments & Billing

• Payments must be made according to the agreed pricing and schedule.
• Work may pause if payment is delayed.
• Once a project begins, payments become non-refundable, except where legally required.
• Monthly SEO services are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the active month.

4. Revisions & Scope Changes

Revisions included in your project are clearly defined in your proposal.
Requests beyond the agreed scope may require additional time and fees.
We will always discuss any extra charges with you before proceeding.

5. Project Timelines & Delays

We provide estimated timelines based on information available at project kickoff.
However, timelines may shift if:

• content is delayed
• feedback or approvals are late
• project requirements change
• the project is inactive for 14+ days

In such cases, delivery dates will be adjusted, and the project may be placed on hold or rescheduled.
Extended delays may also result in additional fees if the workload changes.

6. Website Launch & Post-Launch

A website is considered complete once the final version is approved and delivered or launched.
Any requests made after approval may be billed separately unless covered under a maintenance plan.

7. Ongoing Maintenance & Support

Maintenance services may include:

Work requested outside your maintenance plan may incur additional costs.

No Guaranteed Rankings

Therefore, we do not guarantee specific ranking positions, but we do guarantee transparent work, best practices, and measurable improvements.

SEO Deliverables

Client Responsibility

For best results, you may need to:
