Welcome to SiteSparkStudio’s Refund Policy. This policy outlines the conditions under which we may provide refunds for our services.

Refund Eligibility – You may be eligible for a refund if we fail to deliver the services outlined in our agreement or if the services provided do not meet the agreed-upon standards. Refunds are not provided for any other reason.

Refund Requests – Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of service delivery. To request a refund, please contact us at info@sitesparkstudio.com. We will review your request and respond within 10 business days.

Refund Amounts – Refund amounts will be determined based on the services provided and the reason for the refund request. We reserve the right to prorate refunds based on the percentage of services already delivered.

Payment Refunds – Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original transaction. If the original payment was made by credit card, the refund will be issued to the same credit card.

Termination of Services – If you terminate our services before the completion of the project, you may not be eligible for a refund. If we terminate our services due to your breach of our agreement, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Changes to Refund Policy – SiteSparkStudio reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
